A promise made to a bright-eyed puppy in Singapore.
Crystal got Ralph when he was just a puppy in Singapore, a bright-eyed English Cocker Spaniel with a heart as big as hers. When life took her to Credit Suisse for a decade, she made him one promise.
"Wait for me. I'll come back."
A promise kept
After a decade away, Crystal came home to Ralph and KayKay.
After the pandemic, Crystal left Singapore and returned to Kuala Lumpur, to be with her two beloved dogs. Ralph, her English Cocker with his Singapore RFID chip still in place, and KayKay, her American Cocker Spaniel.
She kept her promise. And she devoted herself fully to giving them the best life possible.
Quality of life, not just years
Holistic care, so Ralph could truly thrive, not just survive.
Pets can live long lives, but Crystal saw that for many, those later years meant suffering. Unable to walk. Unable to see. Losing their joy. She refused to accept that for Ralph.
Inspired by The Forever Dog, she embraced holistic care, aromatherapy oils, gentle massage, and the deep belief that nature could give Ralph not just more time, but quality in that time. The ability to walk, to play, to feel alive.
17 years, happy till the very last day
Walking, seeing, wagging, joyful to the very last day.
Ralph lived to be 17 years old. He was walking, seeing, and wagging his tail even in his final days. He didn't just survive, he thrived. Joyful. Comfortable. Loved.
When he passed peacefully in December 2025, he left behind proof that dedicated, natural care can give our companions the life they truly deserve.
From one heart to many
What Crystal learned caring for Ralph changed her forever. It's not enough to give our loved ones more time, we owe them quality in that time. Crystal & Ralph exists to share that truth with every family, every pet parent, every heart willing to listen.
